Further, Administrator Visaya stressed in his message that NIA continues to develop and construct irrigation systems nationwide amidst the pandemic.

“For the last two months lang, including these in Camarines Sur, we inaugurated 153 projects worth more than P11 Billion. And for next month, sa August, we will be inaugurating about 35 projects worth P2.7 Billion. Tuloy ang daloy NIA,” Administrator Visaya said.
