  • Prepare instructional and informational pamphlets in the crafting of cropping rhomboids and patterns for rice-based irrigation systems, describing the relationships of levels of water availability and progress of farming activities;
  • Develop data- and procedure-rich guidelines for the target setting of irrigation-programmed areas for rice-rice and rice-rice-rice cropping patterns based on historical records of rainfall and streamflow’s for optimization of resource productivity;

  • Carryout specialized training cum research programs with substantial operations appraisals designed to develop consultant-grade competency in irrigation and drainage system management, operation and troubleshooting;
