NIA Administrator Dr. Florencio F. Padernal witnessed the Turnover of Regional Office Management held at NIA Penthouse on January 6, 2016. Also present during the occasion (From L-R) are Region 4B Acting RIM Engr. Ramon A. Bugacia, Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations Mr. Erdolfo B. Domingo, Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance Ms. Estrella Icasiano, UPRIIS Engineering and Operations Manager Engr. Rosalinda Bote, UPRIIS Acting Department Manager Engr. Florentino David, and Region 10 Acting RIM Engr. Jimmy Apostol.
NIA Central Office, Quezon City - NIA Top management together with its some key officials gathered for the turnover and acceptance ceremony held at NIA Penthouse on January 6, 2016. NIA Administrator Florencio F. Padernal led the ceremony carrying his high expectation of delivering and continuing the service among our Filipino Farmers through the new movement in our regional offices.
In his message, Dr. Padernal told everyone that the fortitudes are continuously being made for the agency to keep on track. He specified the plans for this year including but not limited to finishing of carryover projects by June 2016, increasing budget for Feasibility Studies and Design Engineering, installing solar power along irrigation canals, and contract resolutions with NIA Board.
With the turnover at hand the new movements are as follow;

Handing over his high hopes among the NIA key officials, Dr. Padernal reminds everyone about professionalism and observing people whom you worked with for you to improve and develop your craft. He also prompts everyone that rewards will be given to those who perform and exceed expectations.
Under the administration of Dr. Florencio Padernal the agency had its previous movements not only in regional offices but also in the central office. The said actions has been made as part of Dr. Padernal's continuing determination to attain an irrigation agency viable in supporting the needs of our Filipino farmers which in latter will strengthen the agricultural sector of the country.
