Frontline Services

In line with our commitment to public service as embodied in the National Irrigation Administration's (NIA) Quality Policy that is to provide efficient, effective and sustainable irrigation services aimed towards the highest satisfaction of the Filipino farmers, the NIA formulated the Citizen's Charter as part of our pledge in promoting transparency and accountability in our service.

The 2022 Edition of NIA's Citizen's Charter Manual features the re-engineered frontline services in compliance with Republic Act (RA) 11032 known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services", amending the  Republic Act No. 9485, otherwise known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007, to streamline government  processes, eliminate corrupt practices and cut red tape in the bureaucracy.

It is one of the agenda of NIA's present administration to eradicate graft and corruption and deliver standard services geared towards the attainment of our strategic themes of Technical and Operational Excellence, and Good Governance through partnership with the farmers and other relevant interested parties.

The NIA's Citizen's Charter Manual outlines the enhanced and simplified processes that can be availed of including the responsible offices and personnel with its corresponding turnaround time.
